Security Alerts

Under Settings >> Alerts, you can configure which alerts to receive. Text alerts must be configured for your bank and also for your device.

Click the + button on My Alerts:

Select Security as the alert option:

Enter the required information:

Select the applicable Alert Type:

  • Card Lost/Stolen: will be sent when a card is marked as lost or stolen within digital banking.

  • Card Travel Notification: A Card Travel Notification security alert will be automatically sent whenever a Travel Notification is set on an account. By default, the alert will be sent to your email address. Delivery of the alert can be changed to a text or push notification instead through the Edit Security Alert screen.

    You can also set up additional Card Travel Notification security alerts if you would like to receive them through multiple delivery methods or devices under New Alert >> Security >> Card Travel Notification.

  • Temporary Card Limit

  • User Nearing Delete Date: You can elect to receive the alerts via email and/or text (if mobile device exists). These alerts are added by default (email version) to new customers just like all other security alerts. The alerts are triggered to be sent based on the following (existing) fields: Disable Inactive Customers/Delete Inactive Customers and Days Before Disable/Delete Email. You will receive the desired alert when your login has been inactive for x number of days before your account is set to be disabled/deleted.

  • User Login Error: You will receive an alert each time there is a login error when trying to login to your online banking account
